    • Verify water supply complies with minimum system requirements.

  2. Connect the “permeate” line to the bulkhead fitting in the water storage tank. Connect the “permeate” line to the bulkhead fitting in the water storage tank.

  4. Connect the union fitting from the boost pump to the atmospheric tank. Attach the grey hose to the boost pump. Attach the other end of the supply hose to your intensier pump.
    • Connect the union fitting from the boost pump to the atmospheric tank.

    • Attach the grey hose to the boost pump.

    • Attach the other end of the supply hose to your intensier pump.

  5. Drop the float gauge into the tank and bring the plug end through the grey opening at the top. Attach the rubber stopper to the cord and reinsert into the grey opening. Make sure to adjust the cord to be 10” from top of tank to metal bullet. Drop the float gauge into the tank and bring the plug end through the grey opening at the top. 6. Plug the cord for the RO system into the back side of the float gauge plug.
    • Plug the cord for the RO system into the back side of the float gauge plug.

    • Before proceeding further, please refer the RO System “Quick Start-up Guide”. If the guide was not included with your system please contact an AccuStream representative for assistance. 866-566-7099

  7. PURGING THE SYSTEM: Carefully inspect your system before initial start-up. Check that all plumbing and electrical connections are tight. Leave the power to the system off for these procedures. Redirect permeate water to the drain. Fully open the concentrate valve (counter clockwise).
    • PURGING THE SYSTEM: Carefully inspect your system before initial start-up. Check that all plumbing and electrical connections are tight. Leave the power to the system off for these procedures.

    • Redirect permeate water to the drain.

    • Fully open the concentrate valve (counter clockwise).

    • Fully close the blending valve (clockwise).

  8. Offset the position of the white lever on the solenoid valve (incoming water). Turn the feed water on and let the system purge until no visible bubbles appear from concentrate flow meter.
    • Offset the position of the white lever on the solenoid valve (incoming water).

    • Turn the feed water on and let the system purge until no visible bubbles appear from concentrate flow meter.

  9. INITIAL START-UP: Follow these instructions only after you have successfully purged the system. Keep the permeate water line to drain for this procedure. Make sure the concentrate valve is still fully open and the blending valve is fully closed.

  10. Return position of the white lever (inline) on the solenoid valve. Plug in the RO unit, float gauge plug into a dedicated 15 amp circuit. Plug the boost pump plug into a separate 15-amp circuit.

  11. Turn the RO System on. Adjust the concentrate valve and blending valve on the pump to the designed flow, TDS (70-80 ppm), and pressure.
    • Turn the RO System on.

    • Adjust the concentrate valve and blending valve on the pump to the designed flow, TDS (70-80 ppm), and pressure.

  12. Inspect the system for leaks and Allow the system to run for one hour to flush the preservative solution from the system. After one hour, shut down the system. Re-direct the permeate water back to the tank and then turn the system back on.

  13. Record readings daily for a week and after a week record readings once a week.
    • Record readings daily for a week and after a week record readings once a week.

    • Adjust the pump bypass valve (show picture of bypass valve and pressure) and concentrate valve until the correct flow is achieved. For example AS-ROS 2000 should be adjusted until it produces about 2000 GPD or 1.38 GPM of permeate (product water) at 77°F. GPM = GPD/1440 Example: 1.38 = 2000/1440
